Operational Manager 

Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking a professional Operational Manager to increase profitability and minimise risk through effective controls, strategic planning, and operational management within the Silo Operations Department.

Experienced In:

  • Effective management of operational activities
  • Staff management and leadership
  • Risk management and mitigation
  • Financial management
  • Project management
  • Extensive experience within the grain industry
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 and a relevant Diploma or Degree
  • Completed grain grading courses.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
